Corratec is another large bike manufacturer from Germany, which has a variety of bikes and strong global distribution network.
The company is assembling the bikes from globally sourced parts in Roubling, Bavaria. Despite my extensive research I could not find any parts that are made in Germany. (I reached out to the company to clarify.)
It is the first bike manufacturer I know, which makes dedicated e-bikes for kids. I guess that's a good way to take your little ones on the longer rides with you.
Corratec is also an owner of a US boutique bike brand from California - ZZYZX.
INTERESTING STORY:
In the very early days of the company Corratec was an importer of Italian bikes and bike parts to Germany. In fact, because of this, they are still sourcing their custom made carbon frames from Italian maker Mauro Sannino.
