Each order you place is processed on itis Made in Europe and we ensure a safe and reliable financial transaction.

From the moment you receive an email confirmation about the dispatch of your purchase from the maker/manufacturer/distributor, they form a contract with you to ensure satisfactory delivery.

Should you order various items from different makers in the same order, you will receive separate dispatch confirmation from each maker/manufacturer or distributor. It will represent separate contracts between you and them.

Each maker/manufacturer/distributor will arrange deliveries separately; hence items in your cart can be delivered separately. The delivery costs for each Seller vary according to the delivery methods they offer. Any delivery times quoted are in working days.

If you order goods from our Site for deliveries outside the EU, they might be subject to import duties, and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

When possible, we work with local distributors in the US and UK; hence some goods will not require any custom duties to be paid. This is clearly stated in the product description.

You have 28 days to notify the maker/manufacturer for most products – the business that sent you the dispatch confirmation. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.

How to arrange a refund:

  • Contact the sender (maker/manufacturer or distributor) directly, mentioning the item in question. Contact details you will find in the dispatch confirmation email.
  • Please keep all the packaging, even if it is faulty. Send the product back to the maker/manufacturer/distributor at your own costs. These costs will not be refunded.

Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the maker/manufacturer or distributor).

Should you have any issues with the process, we are happy to assist with the communication if necessary.
